About JobFinder
We started with a simple belief: African talent deserves a world-class platform to find meaningful work and build extraordinary careers.
Our Mission
JobFinder was founded because we saw a gap — African professionals were underserved by existing job platforms that were built for Western markets. Resumes went unread. Opportunities were invisible. Talented people had no reliable way to be discovered.
We built JobFinder to fix that. A platform built for Africa, by Africans — one that understands local context, languages, salary expectations, and career paths across the continent.

Our Journey
Two university graduates from Yaoundé couldn't find a reliable job board for African talent. They decided to build one themselves — one that truly understood the local market.
JobFinder launched its beta platform in Cameroon with 50 partner companies. Within 3 months, over 2,000 professionals had signed up.
We opened operations in Nigeria, Senegal, and CĂ´te d'Ivoire. Our team grew to 30 people and we processed our first 10,000 job applications.
JobFinder reached 15 countries across the continent. We introduced internship listings, firm dashboards, and our interview scheduling system.
Today, over 100,000 professionals use JobFinder to find meaningful work, and 3,000+ companies rely on us to find top African talent.
What drives us
Every feature we build starts with a question: how does this make life better for African job seekers and employers?
We believe the future of global business runs through Africa. We're building infrastructure to make that vision real.
JobFinder is built on trust. We verify employers, protect job seekers, and invest in the relationships that make hiring work.
We push boundaries, ship fast, and learn from our community every single day.
We're always looking for passionate people to join our team and help us build the future of work in Africa.
